The salon is in Suite #1 at 2100 N Sepulveda Blvd and is open Tuesday through Sunday from 9am to 6pm, closed Mondays. Individuals can book online, and friends and family can book group appointments together. Gift cards are sold for future visits.

Services are grouped into cuts, extensions and color. Color work includes balayage, blonding and lived-in color, and the cutting menu centers on precision haircutting. Hair treatments are also offered. The salon describes its hair services as luxurious and its stylists' balayage, blonding, extension and cutting skills in strong terms. Extensions are made with BELLAMI hair, which the salon says is made from cuticle-intact, double-drawn 100% Remy human hair.

The salon asks clients to share their hair color history and any chemical exposure with their stylist before service. Clients are encouraged to arrive 15 minutes early. Late arrivals may get a shorter service time or need to reschedule. A valid credit card is required to book, and cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours notice, along with no-shows, are charged 100% of the booked services. Repeated no-shows may be asked for a deposit on future bookings.

Listed prices are starting prices, and the final cost can vary by stylist, hair length and time. Retail products are final sale, with exchanges allowed only for defective items within 7 days. Service and product refunds are not offered; adjustments are at the discretion of the salon and stylist if requested within 7 days. Major credit and debit cards and cash are accepted, and gratuity is not included in pricing. Client contact details may be shared with the stylist a client books with, and the salon says it does not sell or share them outside its salon network.
