Unit installs cover quick weave and sew-in styles, with frontal and closure-based options and a styling step included in most of the install services. A sew-in maintenance visit is also offered for clients who already have a sew-in in place. Hair-included installs bundle premium hair extensions with the install, and the hair is chosen to suit the style booked. The two hair-included options are a frontal quick weave and a 2x6 closure quick weave, each booked as a four-hour appointment.
The salon keeps appointments unrushed and limits availability to protect the quality of the work. Deposits are required and are nonrefundable. Clients arriving 30 minutes late have their appointment cancelled or rescheduled. Custom colors, longer lengths or extra bundles may carry an additional fee. Concerns about a service need to be raised within 48 hours of the appointment, and all sales are final.
VIP packages are sold as session bundles. VIP Go is a two-session pack at $290 valid for one month. VIP Plus is a three-session pack at $450 valid for one month, and the website labels it a fan favorite. VIP Prime is a three-session pack at $875 valid for two months, and it includes three appointments, up to three bundles of up to 24-inch lace (optional), priority booking and monthly gifts. VIP clients can also book outside regular hours, with before-hours slots from 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM and after-hours slots from 7:00 PM to midnight, arranged by texting the VIP line.
The salon emphasizes unhurried appointments and limited daily availability, and asks clients to keep up their maintenance so the install lasts.
