The salon is open Monday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. until 8 p.m., Friday until 6 p.m., and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. On alternating Sundays it opens from 1 to 6 p.m. A credit card must be on file to hold a booking. Changes or cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice. Cancelling inside that window, or not showing up, incurs a charge of half the service price. A client who arrives more than 15 minutes late may be asked to rebook if the service can't be completed in the remaining time. The boutique sells clothing and gift items, gift cards are available, and a separate retail area offers products.

Every stylist works on a level system, and promotions are based on demand for each stylist's time, so guests can select the level that suits their needs and budget.
