The salon runs a showroom alongside its chairs and sells human hair and synthetic wigs, plus toppers, lace frontals, closures and bundles. Wigs sold as new are brand-new and have not been previously owned or worn.

Custom wigs are a specialty. The salon says its units are handmade in-house by stylists who also work in the salon. Closure, frontal and U-part wigs are made to measurements, with head measurements taken during consultation when needed. Production is estimated at 7 to 10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, plus shipping. The salon serves Midlothian and Richmond and takes custom orders from customers nationwide.

Hair-included packages combine hair and installation. Sew-ins use Bombshell Brazilian hair supplied by the salon, which the salon says can last up to three years with proper care. Frontal sew-ins use a transparent 13x4 HD lace frontal. Traditional hair-included sew-ins come with two bundles for 10 to 16 inches or three bundles for 18 to 26 inches. Feathered crochet preorders include three bundles of human hair that can be reused for up to two years; they must be booked at least four days ahead with a deposit.

Hours are Tuesday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM, with Monday by appointment only and Sunday closed. Regular online appointments start at 8 AM on weekdays and 7 AM on Saturday. Appointments starting at 6:30 PM or later are premium evening slots subject to approval, and a $50 convenience fee applies to those and to very early bookings. Booking deposits are non-refundable, a $75 no-show fee may apply when disclosed at booking, and rescheduling needs 24 hours' notice. Braiding is by online appointment only.

The salon describes its custom wig work as handmade and built in-house by stylists who also provide salon services.
