Because natural lashes shed a few each day, the studio recommends fills every two to three weeks to keep classic, hybrid and volume sets full. Fill options include a mini fill at $60, a classic, hybrid, light volume or regular volume fill at $115, and a texture set fill at $120 for the textured and wet set styles. Fills take between 30 minutes and an hour and a half.

Other services include a Korean lash lift for $120, which takes about an hour, and brow lamination for $80, which takes about an hour and ten minutes. Lash extensions can be removed for $30 in about 30 minutes. A waiting period of 24 applies before a new set can be applied after removal.

Three monthly memberships are available, each with a three-month commitment. The $180 plan includes two fills a month and 20% off any lash set. The $229 Strip Lash Look plan includes two fills, one mini fill, 25% off a full set and a lash bath. The $299 Lash Addict VIP plan covers any lash set or fill, with four fills plus one mini fill, or one full set plus two fills, and a free lash bath. Membership fills and sets do not roll over, and a missed appointment still counts toward the membership.

The studio also sells lash supplies online, including trays, tweezers, adhesives and bonders, primers, serums, humidity readers and misters, plus two $30 e-books for beauty professionals. The studio offers a five-hour Korean lash lift training course for $850. Products are non-refundable and all sales are final. Online orders ship within 24 to 72 hours of processing, with no weekend or holiday shipping, and order questions are handled by email.

Lash sets are kept full with regular fills, recommended every two to three weeks as natural lashes shed. The studio works in named set styles and offers membership plans for ongoing maintenance.
