The business aims to accentuate and celebrate each client's existing beauty and to help people feel like their best selves while their hair is cared for.

New color clients, and existing clients changing their color, are asked to book a free 30-minute consultation first, which covers the result they want and the steps to get there. Bridal clients start with a quote form, after which the stylist reaches out to talk through the wedding. Bridal trials are recommended about three months and again three to five weeks before the wedding.

Hours are Tuesday 10 am to 3 pm, Wednesday and Thursday 10 am to 4:30 pm, Friday 10 am to 5 pm, and Saturday 9:30 am to 3 pm. The studio is closed Sundays and Mondays. Travel to clients is charged at a 50 dollar flat rate, plus 2 dollars per mile beyond a 20-mile radius of the salon or the stylist's home.
