Classic extensions are applied as one extension to each natural lash. Volume extensions place a fan of several lightweight extensions on each natural lash. Soft classic and fuller volume styles are customized to each client. Pricing depends on the time and coverage needed. Extensions need fills every two to three weeks, and a client with less than 40% of extensions still in place will need a full set.

Lash Academy is a small-group, one-day intensive for beginners. Students practice on live models and mannequins, receive certification on completion, and take home a full kit, a massage table, and a salon lamp. Students also get access to vendors and marketing strategies. They must bring their own model and are encouraged to read their state's licensing requirements. Deposits are non-refundable.

Some clients are not recommended for extensions, including those with an adhesive allergy, chemotherapy in the last six months, no natural lashes, lashes growing into the eye, or an eye infection or degenerative eye disease. Clients should arrive with no eye makeup, and guests cannot come along because space is limited. Children under 12 are not allowed in the salon.

Cancellations or reschedules more than 24 hours ahead carry no fee; otherwise a card is charged. Full sets cancelled without 24 hours' notice incur a 50% service fee. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late must reschedule and may pay a late cancellation fee. No-shows are charged the full service fee and cannot book further appointments. Services are not refundable. If a client is allergic to the extensions, they are removed at no charge and a voucher may be offered. Service concerns must be reported within 48 hours, and eligible clients may receive a complimentary 30-minute mini fill.
