Hair is removed with a warm paste made from sugar, lemon and water, applied by hand and lifted off in the direction of growth. The business says its sugaring products are organic and nontoxic.

Services are organized into face, body, Brazilian and add-on groups. Face options include brows, lip, chin, neck, sideburns and nose, along with combinations and a full face service. Body services cover underarms, arms, legs, stomach, chest and back, and a full arms and full legs combo is available. Brazilian services range from a bikini option to partial, maintenance and full treatments, with add-ons for extra areas.

Most services on the online booking page are listed for women, and Brazilian services are for women only. Before a visit, hair should be at least a quarter inch long or two weeks from shaving, and clients are asked to exfoliate a few days ahead and avoid heavy lotions or creams that day. Afterward, saunas, sun, tanning and workouts are best avoided, along with exfoliating until the following week.

Appointments are by booking only. Hours are Sunday 9AM to 5PM and Monday through Tuesday 9AM to 6PM. Changes must be made at least 24 hours ahead, or a 50% charge of the total booked services applies. E-gift cards come in $25, $35, $45 and $55 or a custom amount.

Sugaring is the core method, a hand-applied sugar paste that the business says is less abrasive, less irritating and longer lasting than waxing.
