The facial menu runs from a 45-minute express facial to a 90-minute Lash and Glo combo that pairs a facial with a lash set. The anti-aging facial is a 70-minute treatment with consultation, skin analysis, extractions, high frequency and a tightening mask. A back facial is built around cleansing, exfoliation, and masks and serums chosen for concerns such as dryness, acne or congestion. The King Me Gentleman's Facial is designed for men, with a hot towel, steam, a fruit enzyme peel and beard balm.
Bookings are made through the website. Each appointment is approved after the client completes a questionnaire and consent forms, and it must be confirmed afterward or it may be canceled. Lash appointments need makeup-free eyes, clean lashes and no previous lash sets, and extra guests are not permitted in the studio. Tools and equipment are cleaned after each session, and the business says it follows CDC policies. Hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 9 AM to 5:30 PM, Wednesday evening 5:30 PM to 9:30 PM, Saturday 8 AM to 4:30 PM, and closed Sunday.
Brow services include a 15-minute brow wax with shaping, and a Stuck Brow Tint & Wax & Shape from $40 with tint colors Cherry Bomb, Brown Sugar and Chocolate Drop. The brow tint is not for clients allergic to dye. New customers receive $5 off the Stuck Brow Tint & Wax. A henna brow tint and wax is also offered for 60 minutes. Waxing covers the face, body and intimate areas, including a 30-minute Brazilian wax and a Brazilian and underarm bundle. Yoni V-steam sessions come in Detox, Menstrual and Healing blends.
Policies matter here. A cancellation, no-show or reschedule within 3 hours of the appointment carries a 70% fee, and clients more than ten minutes late may be moved to the next opening. Clients with a no-call/no-show cannot book future appointments. Deposits can be transferred once for a reschedule but not for last-minute changes. Gift card sales are final. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the visit.
Each facial begins with a consultation and skin analysis, and treatments are chosen from there. Equipment is cleaned after every session under the CDC policies the business says it follows.
