Color is a major part of the menu. Options run from a stand-alone toner and root touch-ups to partial, few-foil and full highlights, plus all-over color and bleach with toning. Highlight services include dimensional foiling, teasy-lights, baby lights and hand-painted balayage, depending on where the color is placed and how much lightening the hair needs. Fashion colors call for a separate consultation to talk through hair history, starting point and color goals. New clients are asked to book the Advanced Full Highlight rather than the Full Highlight so there is extra time for that conversation.

Extensions begin with a consultation to go over pricing and color matching before any order is placed. The consultation fee is non-refundable but is applied to the order if one is placed. Extension maintenance is also offered.

Appointments are requested through the website, and the owner follows up to confirm. The studio is open Tuesday through Friday, with late evening hours on Wednesday and Thursday, and is closed Monday, Saturday and Sunday. Cancellations made 24 hours or less before an appointment are charged 50% of the booked price, and no-shows are charged the full price. At least 48 hours' notice is preferred for cancellations or rescheduling, which can be done online or directly with the owner.
