All services are booked by appointment, online or by phone. Clients choose a team member, view that person's menu and book with them directly. Each team member works independently, so payment goes to the team member, by major credit card or cash. Checks are accepted only if the individual team member agrees. A credit card is required to hold every appointment.

The Deluxe Facial includes either a facial peel or an upgraded mask, chosen at booking. An eyebrow wax can be added to any facial for an additional fee.

Pedi of the Month is a monthly pedicure that includes a salt soak, nail trimming, filing and buffing, cuticle care, a sugar scrub, a mud mask, a reflexology massage and polish. Options are Classic Polish, Gel Polish, a No Polish Option and a Gentlemen's version. Paraffin and an eyebrow wax can be added, or both.

Memberships for facials and Pedi of the Month are priced from $31 to $56 per month, depending on polish type and add-ons. Members save 10% on facial services, except the VIP membership, and on retail purchases, excluding skin care. The VIP Skin Care Club instead gives members 10% off all skin care products and access to additional skin, waxing, lash and brow services. Membership fees are not refundable. Memberships can be paused at any time, and remaining service credits stay on the account until used.

Hair services include color, perms, highlights and smoothing. New clients must have a free consultation before booking any chemical service, which can be scheduled online or by phone. The consultation assesses hair condition, length, density and service time, and gives an exact price quote. Some color services are not guaranteed, such as direct dye, corrective color and color changes that need more than one appointment, and the stylist says so before the service.

The studio also has a boutique with premium hair care, skin care, home fragrance, bath and body items, jewelry and gifts, including indie brands and products for men. Its own Boho Basics Hair Care line is sold in the studio and online. Online orders ship within the continental United States only, and clients can also pick up hair care orders at the studio.
