The studio specializes in blonding, dimensional color, extensions, styling and brows. Color options run from partial and full foil or balayage to single-process color and face-frame highlights, with glazes, touchups and blowouts available as add-ons.

Clients can book through the studio's Glossgenius page or send a question through the contact form. A consultation is offered at no charge. A credit card must be kept on file to schedule any color appointment. Changes or cancellations need at least 24 hours notice; later changes are charged half the scheduled service, and no-call, no-show appointments are charged the full price. Clients running late should call, since appointments more than 15 minutes late may be rescheduled.

The studio is open Tuesday and Saturday from 9 AM to 3 PM, Wednesday and Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, and Thursday from noon to 7 PM. It is closed on Mondays and Sundays.

The salon says it aims to give every client the best experience possible, and its stated aim is to tailor hair to each person.
