Haircuts include a consultation, a prewash oil, shampoo, an essential oil hot towel, a blow dry and a styling finish, and the salon suggests a haircut every 6 to 12 weeks depending on goals, hair type and length. Color follows a set sequence: a one-on-one consultation, a custom formula built by the stylist, application, optional treatment add-ons, a blowout and styling finish, and at-home care recommendations. Most clients return for root maintenance every 4 to 6 weeks, according to the salon. Listed starting prices are $55 for a women's medium length haircut, $65 for a women's long or curly haircut, $75 for a New Look Haircut and $100 for a Customized Extension Haircut.

Hand-tied extensions are offered with the Invisible Bead and Hidden Bead methods. Every extension service begins with an in-depth consultation covering hair assessment, color matching and maintenance scheduling. Move-up appointments are recommended every 6 to 8 weeks, and the salon says hand-tied extensions can last 6 to 12 months with proper maintenance and professional move-ups. Extension hair in good condition can be reused for several move-ups. Extension packages start at $1,120 for a single row and $2,800 for a full two-row install, and the exact price depends on length and the hair needed. A consultation is required before a custom quote. A non-refundable deposit books an extension appointment and goes toward the service cost. One complimentary adjustment is offered within 2 weeks of an install or reinstallation with the original stylist; later adjustments, or adjustments with another stylist, carry a $25 fee.

Appointments are offered Tuesday through Thursday from 10 AM to 7 PM, Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM.
