Bohemia Skin was created by Holly Tanella, a master esthetician and licensed esthetician with more than 11 years in aesthetics. She formulates the products, is listed as co-founder, and owns Boho Med Spa, a local spa in Allen. Her newsletter, Holly's skin notes, is also published through the shop.

The product line is built around a three-step routine. The Boho Cleansing Balm melts to an oil on dry skin and turns to milk when water is added, and the company says it removes makeup, SPF and daily buildup without needing a second cleanser. Kay's Glow Oxygen Serum is a vitamin C serum using THD ascorbate, along with AHAs (glycolic, lactic and malic acids) and oxygen; the company advises wearing SPF 30 or higher by day when using it. It was co-created with Kaylee Dudley, and the business says it works with Kay of @kayandtayofficial on skin science. Infinite Aura Moisturizer is a whipped moisturizer with three ceramides, beta glucan, aloe, hyaluronic acid, a firming peptide and lavender, and it has a top plate where the serum is mixed in using three to five drops.

Products are made in small batches, with each batch checked against its specification before shipping and a Certificate of Analysis on file. The business says the products are formulated without any ingredient on California's Proposition 65 list for reproductive toxicants, that every product is non-comedogenic, and that full ingredient lists appear on product pages. It describes the line as made for sensitive or reactive skin, and says The System is designed for all skin types. It states the core system is pregnancy safe as formulated and advises checking with a clinician with questions.

Beyond its own products, the shop carries partner brands including Apotheca, Colorescience, Epicutis, Face Reality, Lorenol, SkinBetter and WiQo. The business says these are chosen to fill targeted protocols for concerns its own line does not cover, that a Master Esthetician audits them, and that each is vetted to be bio-compatible with The Bohemia Skin System. Facial tools such as jade gua sha combs and stones, head wraps and a bamboo spatula are also sold, as are gift cards starting at $100.

Shopping is done online. A 60-second skin quiz asks about skin goals, concerns, sensitivity and daily habits to suggest a routine, and a 20% first-order discount is offered after the quiz.

The aim is routines with few steps, and the full sequence is designed to take under three minutes. Formulas are built with everyday care for the skin's protective barrier, moisture, and steadier skin over the long run in mind.
