Clients can start with a free skin consultation of about 30 minutes, which looks at skin type, concerns and goals. Facials are based on that assessment. The Signature Customized Facial combines targeted cleansing, exfoliation and a masque, while other options use microdermabrasion, a crystal-tip device that removes dead skin cells, or the Dermalogica-based Pro NanoInfusion treatment, which uses a Pro-Pen to create microscopic channels in the skin.

Teens have their own options. The Teen Detox Facial is suited to ages 11 to 16, the Teen Facial is aimed at acne clearing, scar reduction and hydration, and the Skin Confidence Club focuses on healthy skin habits.

Hygiene practices include new gloves for every service and tools that are either soaked in disinfectant or thrown away after each client. Wax beds are sanitized after each guest and covered with fresh bed paper. The business says its cleaning standards exceed CDC and State guidelines.

Waxing covers the face, arms, legs, underarms, bikini, back and more, for men and women. Makeup pricing depends on the client's needs, and a free makeup consultation is offered. Bridal packages are referred to Beauty and Bridal Philly. Small groups can book in-person classes and group skin consultation and treatment events. Skincare products can be ordered online for home delivery, and gift cards are sold online or in person.

Treatments are tailored after a skin assessment, with hard wax chosen for less irritation and soft wax used for the face and sensitive areas.
