ThermoClear is a radiofrequency treatment for minor surface skin imperfections on the face and body, such as spider veins, skin tags, milia, sunspots, cherry angiomas and fibromas. A session typically takes a few minutes, usually needs only one visit, and no recovery time is reported. The Purigenex Intensive Ionized Collagen Mask is offered with a related intensive collagen serum.

The spa sells skincare and makeup from several brands, including African Botanics, Jane Iredale, Purigenex, RescueMD and Better than Botox, plus Cosmesis and natural health support tablets such as Pro-Tract D-Mannose. Online orders over $100 within the United States ship free, and unopened, saleable products returned within 30 days receive a spa credit.

Booking requires a credit card. Cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours' notice by phone or email. A single-session appointment requires a $30 non-refundable deposit, which is applied to the session, and a missed single session or late cancellation is charged the full service amount. Late arrivals lose the remaining time in the slot or are charged a $75 penalty for that time. Spa services and packages are not refundable. Missed package sessions are forfeited, though they can be replaced by buying more sessions at the package rate. Payment plans are offered through Cherry, a buy now, pay later company with no hard credit checks, including 0% APR options and interest-bearing plans with APRs as low as 5.99%, subject to eligibility. Approvals go up to $30,000, according to the payment plans page.
