Fillers are made of synthetic hyaluronic acid and are sold by syringe volume, from a 0.5ml touch-up up to a 7ml liquid face lift, with packages for multi-area work. Body and skin treatments include fat dissolve sessions using Lemon Bottle, a solution containing riboflavin (vitamin B2) and other ingredients, for areas such as the chin, arms, love handles, bra area, abdomen or back. Sessions are usually recommended in a series of three to four, spaced one to two weeks apart. Skin care includes VI Peels, medical-grade peels designed for mature skin, and microneedling, which uses fine needles to stimulate collagen and elastin and is typically done in a series of three to six sessions about four to six weeks apart.

Before a first treatment, new clients complete a virtual medical evaluation with the medical director. The screening fee is applied to the first service, and the balance due at the visit is $30 higher. If the last evaluation was a year or more ago, the medical history must be updated, which adds $30 to the balance. Virtual consultations are $35 and in-person consultations are $50; neither is applied to the cost of a service.

Booking rules include a $25 late fee for arrivals more than 15 minutes late, cancellation after 30 minutes, rescheduling within 24 hours of an appointment with two reschedules allowed, and a $50 fee for no-call, no-show appointments. Deposits and payments are non-refundable. Card payments carry a 2.6% plus $0.10 processing fee, with Zelle or cash accepted for the remaining balance, and CareCredit payment plans are offered. Extra guests and children are not permitted in the treatment area. The clinic is closed on Sundays.

Care is guided by a medical team: new clients complete a virtual medical evaluation with the medical director before their first service, and consultations help clients choose the right treatment.
