The studio is open Tuesdays from 10 am to 2 pm, Fridays from 11 am to 7 pm, and Sundays from 10 am to 6 pm. Appointments must be booked through the online booking link, since requests are not taken by phone, text or email. Questions can be sent by call or text to 612-564-0844, and replies may take up to 24 hours. Seating is available outside the treatment room, and friends, partners, children and pets are not permitted inside it.

Services are grouped into body, face and intimate waxing. Body services include underarms, partial and full arms, thighs, lower and upper legs, full legs, back, back and shoulders, and a full body option that can be adjusted and is priced after a call or email. Face services cover brows, lip, chin, nostrils, ears, sideburns and the neck line. Intimate services include bikini, Brazilian, booty cheeks, just the crack, a male Brazilian called Nuts & Butts, and front-only or sack and crack options. Intimate waxing can be adjusted to remove or leave as much hair as the client prefers, and disposable bikinis are available on request.

Maintenance pricing for Brazilian and Nuts & Butts applies only when the previous wax was done at this studio. Hair should be at least a quarter inch long before an appointment, and clients are asked not to shave or trim for two to three weeks beforehand. Regular visits every four to six weeks are recommended. Cancellations or changes need at least 12 hours' notice, with a 50% charge for later cancellations and a full charge for no-shows. Clients arriving more than nine minutes late may not receive their full service. Some clients may not be eligible for certain treatments or may need physician approval first. Trimming is not offered, and package purchases are final sales with no refunds or extensions. Cash, credit and debit cards are accepted, but checks, Apple Pay and PayPal are not.
