Services fall into nail correction, new client visits and returning client services. First-time clients, and returning clients who have been away 12 months or longer, can book a 60-minute Foundation visit or a 75-minute Restorative visit, both including a consultation, individualized foot and nail care and home-care advice. Restorative also includes a take-home product chosen for the client's needs, which is sold separately from Foundation. Clients with more involved concerns, or who are unsure which new client visit fits, are asked to contact the practice before booking.

Pedicures are waterless and use sterilized instruments and disposable supplies. The practice says its reusable instruments are cleaned, disinfected and sterilized to protocols that exceed state board requirements. Pressure, temperature and other elements can be adjusted for clients with neuropathy, autism, ADHD or other sensory differences. The practice does not diagnose or treat medical conditions. An independent practice where every visit is one-on-one; health conditions that may affect the feet, skin, nails, circulation, sensation or mobility are considered when planning a service, and a service may be modified, approached with caution or postponed pending evaluation by a healthcare professional.

Onyfix nail correction, priced from $75 to $115, which gently guides excessively curved nails toward improved shape as they grow, with a consultation and maintenance schedule set for each client.
