The menu includes brow and lash tinting and shaping, waxing for the face, body and intimate areas, and skin treatments such as anti-aging facials, relaxation treatments, microdermabrasion and work on acne and pigmentation.

The business says it focuses on hygiene, speed and quality. Waxing uses a zinc oxide soft wax made for sensitive skin on larger areas, removed with cloth strips, and a harder wax for more delicate spots. Each waxing visit uses a fully disposable kit, and waxing staff are trained in the salon's 15-minute Brazilian method.

Before waxing, clients are asked to avoid retinols and other active-ingredient products for three days and to avoid sun exposure for 48 hours before and after. They should also tell the esthetician about any new medications or a pregnancy. Hair should be about a quarter to half an inch long, usually two to four weeks after the last shave, and waxing is suggested roughly every four weeks. Clients under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, and a $10 surcharge applies for swearing or screaming during waxing.

The Bespoke Skin Ritual is a one-hour treatment that begins with a consultation and is tailored to the skin on the day of the appointment. It replaced the Freestyle Facial. Clients can book online at any time and receive an email confirmation. The spa is open Tuesday to Friday 9:30am to 4:00pm and Saturday 9:00am to 4:00pm, and is closed Sunday and Monday. Prices are subject to adjustment. Cash, checks and PayPal are accepted, gift cards are sold, and WiFi is available.
