The body contouring menu centers on EMSCULPT NEO, a non-invasive body shaping treatment that the practice describes as combining muscle building, fat reduction and skin tightening in one session. It can be applied to the abdomen, buttocks, thighs, arms and calves, and the practice says there is no downtime afterward. The usual protocol is four 30-minute sessions spaced 5 to 10 days apart. Options run from a single session through Starter, Intermediate and Advanced packages that include free sessions, and there are also Expert, Maintenance, Medical and Gym versions. Package prices are not posted online, so visitors are asked to call. The practice also offers Small Area Contouring for cellulite and shaping, and Skin Tightening for arms, knees and stomach.
The feminine health services include Aviva, a scarless labiaplasty performed with radio-frequency energy on the labia minora, labia majora and mons pubis. Pricing depends on the size of the treatment area and is quoted after a complimentary consultation with Dr. Cachur. Aviva is not offered to people with electronic implants, a history of vaginal-area skin cancer, who are pregnant or nursing, or who have an immunosuppressive disease. Votiva, a radio-frequency treatment delivered with a small wand, and Vaginal Rejuvenation, a non-surgical option, are also listed here.
The skin care menu covers acne, hyperpigmentation, scar treatment and skin resurfacing, including wrinkle treatment. Morpheus 8, a fractional treatment by InMode, is central to this group and can be used on the face and body. The practice advises moisturizing, avoiding direct sun and wearing daily broad-spectrum sunscreen afterward.
