Pain treatment can combine acupuncture, dry needling, massage, shockwave therapy, cupping and gua sha, and can be done without needles if preferred. Acupuncture and dry needling can be combined or used on their own, depending on the case. A first pain visit is 60 minutes, starts with a consultation, and includes at least two therapies chosen from pneumatic shockwave, muscle cupping, medical massage (tuina for up to 25 minutes), dry needling, acupuncture, electro-acupuncture and gua sha. Follow-up visits run 50 minutes and require a prior initial visit.

Skin care begins with a 25-minute Discovery Facial for first-time clients, which includes a skin analysis and a chemical peel test on a discreet area. From there, options include a retinol and salicylic acid exfoliation for oily or acne-prone skin, a back acne treatment, diamond tip microdermabrasion with or without a pumpkin enzyme complex, a hydrafacial for mild acne-prone skin, and medical microneedling of the face and neck. The hydrafacial is not recommended for cystic acne or during significant breakouts, and microneedling may need about two weeks of skin preparation with products that are not included in the price. The 50-minute Unwind and Replenish Facial with the Multivitamin Power Recovery Masque covers skin analysis, cleansing, facial massage, masque and moisturizer, with extractions included at no extra cost and an optional neck, shoulder or arm massage.

Booking by phone or text at (407) 316-2540 avoids a deposit for the initial visit and massage. Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, and three no-shows, repeated lateness beyond 10 minutes, or late cancellations can lead to a suspension of the ability to schedule future appointments. The practice is open Tuesday and Wednesday 10 AM to 6 PM, Thursday 11 AM to 7:15 PM, Friday 10 AM to 5 PM and Saturday 9 AM to 1:20 PM, and is closed Sunday and Monday. Free parking is available, and the listing says the practice is not kid friendly.
