A visit usually begins with a wellness consultation, which is used to plan options such as facial rejuvenation, Botox, fillers and weight loss. From there, the center builds a treatment plan for each client, and it says no two clients receive the same plan. Botox and wellness services are offered to both men and women.

The menu covers injectables and skin care: neurotoxins including Disport, Botox, Jeuveau, Xeomin and Daxxify, with Botox used for crow's feet, frown lines and forehead wrinkles; dermal fillers; chemical peels; dermaplaning; microneedling; facials; and laser hair removal and laser skin tag removal. A Trap Box Botox treatment is offered for headaches, which the center says targets chronic migraines and tension headaches.

Wellness services include IV hydration sessions of about an hour, with blends customized to each client's goals, intramuscular vitamin injections (B12, D3, energy and NAD+ boost options), and deep tissue and Swedish massage. Bio Repeel and a Radiance Drench treatment are also listed.

The weight loss programs use GLP-1 medications: a semaglutide program and a tirzepatide program, along with a non-surgical Liquid Lipo injection treatment for areas such as the abdomen, thighs, arms and chin. Plans are personalized and may include nutrition counseling, fitness guidance and ongoing support. The center says semaglutide and tirzepatide are FDA-approved medications and that its treatments are performed by licensed medical professionals. The Splendora location requires a $50 deposit for appointments, which is not refunded on cancellation, and party bookings are by appointment only.

Treatment plans are tailored to each client, and the center says no two clients receive the same plan.
