The Naples office sits on the second floor of a downtown building in the Fifth Avenue South district and is open Monday through Friday, 9 am to 6 pm. Care is planned around the individual. Staff start by evaluating each client's concerns, health history and priorities before recommending services. A consultation is recommended and may be required for new clients, prescription treatments and medical weight-loss care, and some services may be possible the same day depending on provider availability and medical history. Treatments are performed under Dr. Lantin's supervision or by another licensed and trained team member following the practice's protocols, and clients can ask who will perform their treatment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before an appointment, and no-shows, carry a $75 fee.

The aesthetic menu includes wrinkle relaxers with Botox, Dysport or Xeomin, facial balancing, lip filler, Kybella for submental fullness, and Selphyl PRF-M injections, with dermal fillers listed at the Harrison location. Skin treatments include a DiamondGlow facial with microdermabrasion, microneedling with PRF-M and chemical peels, including VI Peel. Body sculpting uses Emsculpt for muscle building and fat reduction and Emtone for the appearance of cellulite; these are not weight-loss treatments. Injectable results are temporary, and skin and body treatments often begin with an initial series followed by reassessment.

Weight management and wellness make up a large part of the practice. Medical weight-loss options include GLP-1 medications under medical supervision, a doctor-led Premium Weight-Loss Concierge Program, the Medical Weight Loss and Lifestyle Program with metabolic testing, hormone evaluation and lifestyle coaching, Weight Loss Maintenance, and the Orbera gastric balloon, a temporary nonsurgical option placed endoscopically and filled with saline for appropriately selected adults. Integrative services include IV therapy and vitamin drips, gut health, diet, lifestyle modification, nutritional supplements, stress regulation, toxin management, wellness coaching and women's health. Hair restoration with PRF-M and exosomes is offered to appropriately selected patients.

Plans are personalized and built around each client's concerns, health history and goals, with an emphasis on the whole person rather than a single treatment.
