Day spa packages are the easiest way to sample the menu. The Spa Classic runs three hours for $299 and includes a 75-minute preferred massage with a Pure Fiji scrub and cream, a Zoku Shin Do foot treatment with hot towels, a customized signature facial, and sparkling water or Champagne. The four-hour Spa Deluxe at $366 pairs a 90-minute Pure Fiji massage with a Japanese hand treatment, a 40-minute Zoku Shin Do foot treatment, a 60-minute signature facial, and lounge access with hors d'oeuvres. The five-hour Spa Elite at $499 adds a two-hour preferred massage, an organic guava nourishing wrap with scalp massage, a signature facial with a choice of enhancement, and time in a private relaxation lounge with spa cuisine. A small charcuterie board can be added to the Classic for $20.

Facials and skin care use the Image Skin Care clinical line. Options include a customized facial from $109, the Fire and Ice facial (cinnamon and peppermint serums, not recommended for those using retinols, Retin-A, Accutane or glycolic acids), an Acne Facial at $179 that uses alpha and beta hydroxy acids, and the Image Oxygen O2 Lift, which delivers oxygen, plant-derived stem cells and enzymatic botanicals. Other skin care treatments include chemical peels, micro needling, microdermabrasion, derma-planning and Thermo-Lo, a non-invasive radiofrequency treatment for skin tightening. Microdermabrasion or derma-planning can be added to the customized facial for $49.

Massage options range from customized therapeutic sessions ($119 for 60 minutes, $149 for 80, $169 for 90) to clinical massage ($139, $169 and $189 for the same lengths), which includes advanced sports therapy, neuromuscular and structural integration work with an infrared heating pad and topical analgesics. Structural integration is a 12-session cycle. Other massages include CBD, couples, deep tissue, prenatal, hot stone and foot reflexology. Massage enhancements are $15 each, up to five per treatment.

The med spa offers Coolsculpting, Botox, Lipo Laser, PRP, AviClear acne treatment, IV therapy, Juvederm XC, Voluma XC, Skinfinity RF, Kybella, PDO thread lift, vein removal, Latisse and laser hair removal. Laser hair removal is performed with a Sciton ClearScan ALX 1064 and YAG 755 laser; the site describes this service as FDA-cleared, and these appointments are booked Monday through Saturday. Wellness services include semaglutide injections, with a complimentary consultation beforehand, which the spa describes as FDA approved for weight loss management and usually part of a broader program with diet and exercise changes. Peptide therapy for chronic pain, biofeedback, B12, lipo detox packages, body wraps and weight loss programs are also available.

Booking and policies: appointments can be made online, but bookings for more than one guest, spa packages and laser hair removal require a phone call. Gift certificates can be bought online in any amount and are emailed with a personal note, and CareCredit financing is offered. Cancellations or reschedules need 48 hours' notice, and a no-call, no-show is charged the full service. Hours are Monday to Wednesday 10 am to 5 pm and Thursday to Saturday 10 am to 6 pm. Group parties and corporate events, including bachelorette parties, bridal showers and on-site group chair massages, are offered.

The spa describes its wellness programs as results-driven and tailored to each client, offered to both men and women.
