Services are by appointment only and most can be booked online. Same-day appointments can be requested by text if a time is open. The spa has a steam room for two people, two couples rooms, and a fireplace suite where 60-minute couples massages take place, with a crackling fire available as an add-on in place of candles. When the suite is occupied, couples massages are held in the Beach Room. The business describes the space as clean, quiet and stress-free.

The facial menu covers microdermabrasion, chemical peels, a photo facial using red and blue light, an anti-aging facial that uses red light, ultrasonic and microcurrent, and a Gua Sha facial performed with jade tools the owner brought back from China after training there. The Four Layer Seaweed Facial is one of the signature options, which the business says Cosmopolitan UK named the best facial of the century.
