Quick weave appointments are the core of the menu, with options that include a basic quick weave, a closure version with bleach and plucking of the closure, an up-down style, and a Fulani option where the client chooses a braid pattern. Ponytails and wig installs and reinstalls are also offered, with wig work limited to HD or transparent lace units.

Stitch braid services use Freetress braiding hair. Hair needs to be washed and blown out beforehand, and any hair substitutions have to be agreed on before the appointment.

Booking requires a deposit sent within 30 minutes of booking, paid through Cash App or Zelle, or the appointment is cancelled. The exact location is sent 24 hours before the visit. Wigs that need customization are dropped off two days ahead, labeled with the client's name and appointment time, and photos of the wig and lace are required before a wig appointment is confirmed.
