Braid and loc work makes up much of the menu. Braid options range from half and full corn row foundations to crochet styles, feed-in braids, knotless braids and passion twists, with take-down and part-and-start services available. Locs can be started, retwisted, detoxed, extended or repaired, including interlock and comb-out work, and mini or micro locs are done over two to three days. Clients moving from relaxed to natural hair can book a big chop.

Body services include a steam-based full-body session, radio frequency skin tightening with vacuum on two areas per visit, and a hyperthermic laser treatment for body contouring. Facial options include three treatment facials and personalized jelly or dermal mask facials. Eyelash extensions come in classic, hybrid and volume styles, with removal and lash baths also offered. Brows can be tinted with plant-based henna, and waxing is done with cotton thread.

Consultations are one-on-one visits of about 45 minutes that cover service details, paperwork, aftercare and home maintenance. Deposits range from $15 to $175 depending on the service. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment incur a 50% fee, and a no-show is charged if 30 minutes pass without contact from the client. Cancellation and no-show fees are not refunded, though a deposit can carry over to a rescheduled appointment. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, approved before the visit. Gift cards are sold in set or custom amounts and are final sale.
