Services range from injectables and laser work to facials, skin treatments, massage, waxing and tinting, along with medical programs for weight loss, hormones, hair loss and vein concerns. Licensed medical professionals and a licensed aesthetician explain each treatment and perform it, and each client receives a personalized plan that lays out the services suited to their needs. Every injectable and every weight loss treatment is performed by a doctor.
Medical weight loss follows three steps: a diet plan, an exercise plan, and an appetite suppressant if the practitioner and client decide it is an option. Prescriptions are not included in the price and are filled at a local pharmacy. Prior authorization requests are not accepted, and clients are expected to attend monthly follow-up visits. After two months, new patient paperwork and the initial consult fee are required again.
Appointments can be requested online or by phone. A 24-hour notice is needed to cancel or reschedule, and a $35 fee applies when an appointment is missed or cancelled within 24 hours. Payment is taken before each service, there are no refunds or exchanges on products or services, and HSA and FSA cards are not accepted. Clients are asked to arrive at least 10 minutes early and to leave jewelry off for most treatments. Gift certificates can be bought on the website in any dollar amount and used for treatments, services or products.
Massage bookings run for their set length, so a late arrival doesn't push the session past its end time. Spa appointments that start 15 or more minutes after their slot are voided, and the guest receives a full spa credit equal to the value of the missed treatment. Guests with a contagious or infectious illness shouldn't book massage or bodywork; they're asked to cancel or move the appointment.
The licensed medical team and esthetician educate clients on each treatment before performing it, and every client receives a personalized plan.
