The salon offers Brazilian Blowout keratin treatments for long, medium and short hair, and on bangs only. It also offers the Cezanne Keratin Treatment in the same three lengths, which the salon describes as formaldehyde-free. The salon describes its Brazilian Blowout treatments as the most innovative and effective in the world; that is the salon's own claim.

Color services include balayage, highlights, ombre, halo highlights, lowlights, color correction and retouches. Double processing, used when hair is lightened by more than two shades, is priced at $75 an hour with a minimum of 1.5 hours. Single process retouches cover new growth up to 2 inches or work done within 6 weeks of the last service. Balayage is hand-painted close to the roots and saturated through the ends.

Hours are Tuesday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM; the salon is closed on Sunday and Monday. Free parking is available, with metered parking nearby. The salon has disabled access and WiFi, speaks English, accepts American Express, cash, debit cards, Discover, Visa and MasterCard, and sells gift certificates in branded and occasion designs. Cancellations or changes to haircuts and color need 24 hours' notice, and keratin treatments need 72 hours' notice; later cancellations and no-shows are charged the full service fee, though emergencies may be considered if the salon is called as soon as possible.
