Hair services cover the full range of color work, from Shadow Root and glaze through single and double process color, frame highlighting, low lighting, partial and full highlights and balayage. Cutting and styling include women's and men's cuts, kids cuts for ages 9 and under on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, blowouts, flat and curling iron styling, and evening styling. Chemical treatments include keratin, Magic Sleek and body waves, and corrective color is priced after a consultation.

The spa side includes Bocu Signature Massage, which uses long, fluid strokes with pressure adjusted from light to firm, alongside deep tissue and hot stone massage. The Royal Treatment is a 75-minute session with extended scalp and facial massage, neck, hand and foot care, and a complimentary blowout. The salon describes its spa service as the ultimate beauty experience, and a complimentary blowout comes with any spa service. Facials, including a founders rate for existing Bocu clients, are offered through Sovereign Skin Suite, a skincare suite inside the salon that was formerly known as Divine Relaxation.

Bocutique is the salon's consignment boutique, selling authenticated designer pieces, vintage items and unique finds such as handbags, clothing, gowns, accessories and coffee table books. It accepts consignments from individuals. According to Newsday, vintage and antique costume jewelry was introduced at the salon in 2019, and the boutique followed about a year later.

Bridal and wedding clients start with a consultation, then sign a contract with a bridal advisor. A 25% deposit secures the event date and goes toward the balance due on the day. Hair and makeup can be done in the salon, at home, or on site for weddings and events.

The salon describes its approach as warm, professional and personalized, with looks built around each client.

The space is airy and covers about 7,000 square feet.
