The business's philosophy is to strengthen skin at its foundation rather than overcorrecting it. Injectable work is aimed at natural-looking enhancement guided by balance and restraint. Bocaba says every treatment is performed by a licensed, credentialed provider.

A visit usually starts with a 30-minute, one-on-one medspa consultation for $100, during which the provider assesses skin, talks through goals and builds a plan. Clients receive a written plan listing recommended treatments, their order, costs and expected experience, with no obligation to book. The consultation fee is credited in full toward treatment if the client books, and treatments are not done on the same day as the consultation. Appointments are required, and financing and flexible payment plans are available through Cherry.

The Collagen Club is a $100 monthly or $1,000 yearly membership that gives members 10% off treatments, monthly banked credit that rolls over while the membership is active, and Botox at $12 per unit. Every active member receives one complimentary Mini CoolPeel or microneedling session annually. Monthly plans run month to month with no contract, annual plans are a one-year commitment, and members can upgrade, downgrade, pause or cancel.
