Full face appointments come in two looks, each about 45 minutes: a natural or neutral version with soft, skin-focused glam and a soft lip, and a full glam version with dramatic eyeshadow and a bold lip. Bridal, bring-your-own-makeup and group bookings are also available. The Bestie Beat is a 1 hour 20 minute soft glam session for two people, including a brow, smoky eye and lashes, and both people must attend the same appointment.

Classes are taught one-on-one or in groups and include self-application sessions. Options run from a 2-hour beginner one-on-one class that uses the student's own makeup bag, to 3-hour themed group classes that include a full BNB makeup kit, to a 2-hour one-on-one self-application class focused on natural makeup. The one-on-one Makeup 1 on 1 and Makeup Refresher classes are offered on Thursdays and Sundays only. A 3-hour advanced one-on-one class for aspiring makeup artists covers soft and full glam on two live models and includes a Pro Kit of BNB products and brushes.

The studio also sells BNB Cosmetics products and tools. Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days, with delivery up to 7 business days after processing. Sales are final, except for damaged or incorrect orders reported within 3 days of delivery. Free shipping applies to orders over $800.

Combines makeup appointments with classes, so clients can have a look done or learn to apply their own makeup. The business aims to keep makeup approachable for everyone.
