About

The spa frames skincare as a form of self-care. Its facial menu includes Hydrafacial, which is designed for all skin types and can be done in as little as 45 minutes with no recovery time, along with PCA chemical peels at three strengths, DMK Enzyme Therapy and custom IS Clinical facials. BioRePeel, a 35% TCA peel, is described as suitable for all skin types, colors and ages, with suggested courses of four to six treatments spaced seven to ten days apart. DMK work begins with a consultation with an esthetician for a custom plan, and most cases are planned around six to twelve treatments. First-time clients and anyone who has been away for six months or longer are asked to book a Skin Revision Consultation and Treatment.

The massage menu is broad. Modalities include Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Corrective Muscle Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, Cupping, Trigger Point, Raindrop Therapy, Lomi Lomi, Reflexology, TuiNa, Prenatal, Esalen, Reiki, Thai and Ayurvedic massage. Ayurvedic sessions include a custom aromatherapy essential oil blend. Couples massage is offered in 60-minute and 90-minute sessions. Massage is priced at $55 for 30 minutes, $90 for 60 minutes, $130 for 90 minutes and $170 for 120 minutes, with a 15-minute add-on for $20. BME members pay reduced rates on massage, add-ons and several facial and peel services.

Policies are set out clearly. Cancellations or changes need 24 hours notice, and late cancellations, reschedules and no-shows carry a fee of 50% of the service cost. Service refunds are not given, and clients with a concern are asked to contact the spa to work it out. Products can be returned for a full refund if they are at least two-thirds full and returned within 14 days of purchase. Guests aged 18 and over may wait in the lobby during a treatment. Gratuity is commonly 15% to 20% and can be added to a card at checkout.
