Clients can book a full set or a fill. Fills are priced differently from full sets and are only discounted when they are scheduled within three weeks of the previous visit.

Booking works on deposits. A full set requires a $50 deposit and a fill requires a $25 deposit. Deposits are due at booking to hold the appointment. They are not refunded, but they are credited toward the appointment itself. The remaining balance can be paid by Zelle or Apple Pay.

Appointment times matter here. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may shorten the service or lead to the appointment being moved. Before-hours and after-hours appointments may carry an extra $25 fee, and clients who need one, or need a same-day slot, are asked to call or text first. Changes need at least 24 hours' notice. Late or same-day cancellations are charged 50% of the service price, and no-shows are charged the full price. Prepayment is requested before an appointment can be rescheduled.
