Platinum root touch-ups lift natural color to platinum from roots to ends, and root smudges soften grow-out on hair already lightened by highlights or balayage. Color touch-ups add custom color to the roots for gray coverage or to keep existing color, and can be extended to the ends for an added charge. Keratin treatments remove frizz and add shine, and the salon says they cut blow-dry time by 40 to 60 percent, with results lasting up to six months with proper care. An Olaplex treatment is available to help restore bonds in damaged hair.

In the beauty room, lash lifts curl natural lashes for up to eight weeks, and a tint can be added to darken them. Lash extensions use mink lashes applied one at a time, either as a classic set or a hybrid set with a customized pattern. A set takes around two hours, and the salon recommends follow-up appointments to keep the full look.

Bridal services are offered in the salon. Brides can book trial and wedding-day hair and makeup, and bridal parties, mothers of the bride or groom, and out-of-town guests have their own hair and makeup options. Eyelash application with makeup is free for brides. Airbrush sunless spray tanning starts with a choice of four solutions, with add-ons, and the spray tan partner recommends a trial session before the wedding. A Mimosas with the Mrs crate, with champagne, orange juice and local pastries, serves up to eight; larger groups are priced by inquiry. The salon started its bridal services to help brides begin the wedding day with less stress. The Rocky River location is open Monday 11 AM to 6 PM, Tuesday through Thursday 10 AM to 8 PM, and Friday and Saturday 10 AM to 5 PM, and is closed Sundays.
