Blush Salon

Kerry Durbin owns Blush and works as one of its colorists. The salon was opened to create a space where stylists and clients feel at home and inspired. The salon describes its staff as highly educated, and its team includes colorists as well as stylists who cut and style hair.

The salon aims to create hair that fits each client's daily life and to help clients feel comfortable from the moment they arrive. Color services include single process retouches, partial and full highlights in foil or balayage, color with highlights, bleach out retouches, virgin or full bleach with tone, fantasy color, corrective color, glazes, Olaplex or K18 treatments and Trisola keratin treatments. Cut and styling services include haircuts, barber style cuts, blowouts, additional iron work, bang trims and clean-ups, and extensions.

Glazes are included with all color services. Blowouts are not part of color services but can be booked alongside any service in advance. The salon has a fully stocked self blow-dry station for clients. Prices listed as starting prices are subject to change, and several services are priced after a consultation. Clients can pay by cash or major credit card, and tips are accepted as cash or Venmo, since they cannot be added on a card. A credit card on file is required to secure appointments. Clients are asked to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours ahead; last-minute cancellations and no-shows carry a fee of 50% of the scheduled service. Clients get a 10-minute grace period for lateness, and appointments may be rescheduled if there is not enough time left to complete the service. Refunds are not offered, but issues that arise within two weeks of a service are addressed by the salon. The salon is open Tuesdays 10 to 6, Wednesdays through Fridays 11 to 7, and Saturdays 9 to 5, and is closed Sundays and Mondays.
