Lash services make up much of the menu, from classic, hybrid, volume and mega volume full sets to fills, touch-ups and foreign fills. Lash lifts come with an optional tint or color, and a Korean lash lift with tint is also offered. A lash patch test and removal of extensions are available. Facials run from a 30-minute express treatment to 60-minute options, including an acne-focused facial, a gentle facial for sensitive skin, a men's facial and a back treatment. Body sculpting covers laser lipo, ultrasonic cavitation, RF skin tightening, BBL, a double chin treatment, cupping and wood therapy, with multi-session packages and custom body transformation packages available on request. Permanent jewelry includes rings, bracelets, anklets and necklaces, plus a re-weld repair for pieces bought from another retailer that have come off.

A deposit is required to confirm certain bookings, most often $25 for lash and permanent jewelry appointments. Deposits are applied to the total at the visit, but they are non-refundable, cannot be transferred between clients, and expire 30 days after the client's last visit. Cancelling or rescheduling needs 24 hours' notice. A missed notice results in a charge for the full appointment and forfeiture of the deposit, and future appointments are then cancelled and must be rebooked, possibly with an extra fee. Charges may be made to the card on file without notice. Late arrivals may shorten the appointment, and arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean rescheduling with the same charges. Policies can vary by technician, so clients are asked to check with theirs. Reminders are sent before appointments.
