The studio was founded by Sandeep Purewal, a licensed master esthetician and Washington State instructor. The facial menu includes a 60-minute and a 90-minute signature facial, an oxygen facial, a hydro dermabrasion facial, a lymphatic drainage facial, a men's facial and a back treatment. For clients who have never had a facial, the studio recommends starting with the Blush Intro.

The Acne Bootcamp is a 3-month program for clearing acne. In clinic, clients come in every two weeks for an acne peel and a medication assessment, and clients who do not live in Seattle can join virtually through a Zoom or FaceTime link. The studio says its Face Reality acne system has a 90% success rate and addresses root causes rather than only breakouts.

Chemical peels include eye peels, BioRePeel and Zena algae peels for the face and body, and Cosmelan. A 20% discount applies to chemical peels bought as a package of six. Virtual consults are available for clients outside Seattle, including clients anywhere in the world.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before an appointment. Cancellations made with less notice are charged 50% of the scheduled price to the card on file, and no-shows or no-call clients are charged the full service fee.
