The studio is open Tuesday from 8 AM to 9 PM, Wednesday and Thursday from 5 PM to 9 PM, and Friday and Saturday from 8 AM to 2 PM. It is closed on Sundays and Mondays.

Appointments need to be cancelled at least 24 hours ahead. Cancellations made inside that window are charged 50% of the service price. Buy Now, Pay Later is offered for in-person bookings between $50 and $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.

Lash Lift Tuesday is a discounted lash lift offered every Tuesday, but it is reserved for returning lash and brow clients.
