The lash menu covers three extension styles. Classic sets place one extension on each natural lash for a natural to medium look. Hybrid sets mix classic and volume extensions, using several fan styles to add fullness. Volume sets build a fan of several lightweight extensions on each natural lash. A full set starts at $200 and takes at least three hours. Clients returning within two to three weeks can book a regular fill starting at $85, which takes at least 90 minutes, while a mini fill starting at $75 suits clients coming back within a week. A fill needs at least 40% of extensions intact on both eyes; otherwise the visit is booked as a full set. Fills of lashes applied by a previous artist are priced higher, at $100 for a regular fill and $90 for a mini fill.

Brow tinting and lash tinting are each $30 and take 30 minutes, with color usually lasting four to six weeks. Tinted lashes and brows should stay dry for 24 hours afterward. Lash removal is $35 and takes 45 minutes, and it finishes with a lash bath. Removal combined with a full set starts at $220. Clients are asked not to take off their extensions at home. Colored lashes can be added to a set starting at $5, with the price depending on how many colored lashes are added. Clients who want a specific color are asked to text before the appointment to confirm it is available.

New clients pay a deposit of $25 for lash removal, lash tint and brow tint, and $5 for after-hours appointments. After-hours appointments add a $10 fee to the service price and are requested by text. A complimentary 15-minute lash patch test is available and should be done 24 to 48 hours before a lash appointment; it may be required for new clients or anyone with known sensitivities or allergies. Cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours' notice. Later changes are charged 50% of the service, and no-shows or cancellations within one hour are charged the full price. Services and deposits are non-refundable, and clients with an unpaid cancellation fee cannot book until it is cleared. Gift cards are sold for $50, $75, $100, $200, or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
