Each visit starts with a conversation about pregnancy stage, comfort level and any areas of tension. Sessions are shaped around those answers, using pregnancy positioning pillows and bolsters, with face-down or side-lying positions available. Professional draping is used throughout.

Prenatal massage is generally offered in every trimester of a healthy pregnancy, and clients can begin in the first trimester. Clients with high-risk pregnancies or specific medical concerns are advised to check with their healthcare provider before booking. Natural labor encouraging massage is available from 37 weeks and can be received weekly in the late stages; the studio notes that no massage can guarantee when or how labor will begin.

Postpartum massage can be booked for the 16 months after birth, once the client feels comfortable and has been cleared by a healthcare provider if complications occurred. C-section scar treatment is booked only after the incision has fully healed and a doctor has cleared the client, usually at the 6 to 8 week follow-up. Babies are welcome at postpartum appointments, and clients who are breastfeeding or pumping are asked to feed or pump beforehand.

Listed session prices for prenatal and postpartum massage start at $93 for 45 minutes and rise to $186 for 90 minutes, with natural labor encouraging massage listed from $134 for 60 minutes to $196 for 90 minutes.
