The medical side of the menu includes chemical peels, from superficial to medium-depth, and microneedling to address tone, texture, fine lines, wrinkles, large pores and acne scars. Acne is treated at mild, moderate and severe levels using medical-grade products, and anti-aging care is personalized to each client's skin. Dark spots, sun damage, melasma and freckles are addressed with peels and microneedling. Scar reduction combines an in-office peel, microneedling and a daily texture-repair cream. The spa notes that facial scars usually need at least four to six sessions, body scars often need more, and red surgical scars may improve with at least six sessions while white ones may need eight to ten. Laser options include Vbeam 595 for vascular concerns and Fraxel for fine lines, wrinkles and acne scars; the spa says Fraxel is a proven and safe method for repairing aging and sun damage.

The day spa menu covers adult facials that cleanse, exfoliate and hydrate by skin type, plus facials for teens under 18. The Diamond HydroFacial is a deep-cleansing treatment combining hydrodermabrasion, oxygen infusion and hydration, and it suits all skin types. Dermaplaning is offered but not for acne or sensitive skin. Other body options include diamond-tip body microdermabrasion priced by area and a back treatment with exfoliation, a mask and a short hot stone massage. Waxing starts at $12, full body waxing is by appointment only, and Brazilian waxing is offered to female clients. Waxing is not performed for clients using Accutane, strong antibiotics, retinoids or Retin-A, or those with psoriasis, an eczema flare or severe rosacea. Bryght intimate skin lightening is also offered, and it is not available during pregnancy.

Free consultations are available by appointment. A deposit is charged to reserve a time and is credited to the receipt on the appointment date. Rescheduling or cancelling at least two days ahead keeps the deposit credit, while a missed or cancelled appointment forfeits it and a new deposit is needed. Late cancellations or no-shows require a $50 deposit before a new appointment is approved. There is a 10-minute grace period; later arrivals may have service time shortened, and arriving 15 minutes late cancels the appointment. The spa says it respects diversity, believes every person is beautiful in their own way, and aims to keep each client's natural beauty while helping them look younger and more confident.
