Surgical services cover the face, breast, body and men's care, alongside a med spa menu. Facial work includes facelifts, neck lifts, rhinoplasty, eyelid lifts, chin and neck liposuction, otoplasty and earlobe repair. Body work includes arm lifts, tummy tucks, liposuction, thigh lifts, mommy makeovers, lipedema treatment, care after massive weight loss and work-related hand injury treatment.

Each visit begins with an initial consultation to go over goals and recommend a fitting approach. Consultations for aesthetic appointments with Dr. Domanski cost $99, and that fee is credited toward surgery when surgery is booked within six months. Skin rejuvenation consultations with the Medical Aesthetician are complimentary. Depending on the patient's preference and medical needs, procedures take place in the office, in a certified surgery center, or in a nearby hospital. Intake forms, available in English and Spanish, are completed before the first appointment. The office is open Monday through Friday from 9 am to 4:30 pm, and the phone number is 703-596-1660. According to the office, it is a discreet setting for discussing concerns.

Insurance: the practice does not contract with most insurers and is considered out of network. Insurance does not cover cosmetic procedures, so patients do not need to bring an insurance card to aesthetic appointments. For non-cosmetic procedures, the office will attempt to bill insurance as a courtesy. A late fee and a no-show fee apply, and patients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Each procedure is tailored to the individual, with a focus on natural results and on letting patients lead decisions about their procedures and goals. The practice holds that treatment decisions belong between the patient and their doctor rather than with insurance companies.
