Visits begin with a conversation about what the client wants. The studio listens to preferences, explains the available options and offers guidance before any treatment starts. It is open Thursday through Tuesday from 10:00 am to 4:30 pm and closed on Wednesdays.

Lash work runs from removal and tinting through a Korean lash lift and lash fills to extensions in several styles, from classic to mega volume. Nail services are built on gel and dip products and cover manicures, pedicures, Gel X sets, nail art and a cat eye gel option.

Hair removal comes in two forms, sugaring and waxing. Sugaring uses a paste of sugar, lemon and water, spread on at roughly body warmth and lifted in the same direction the hair grows. According to the studio, the paste is all-natural and free of synthetic resins, chemicals and artificial fragrances, and sugaring is kinder to sensitive skin and less prone to ingrown hairs. Waxing uses soft or hard wax applied warm and pulled against the direction of growth, and the studio uses hard wax for the bikini area and face.

Booking requires a $30 non-refundable deposit to hold a date and time, paid by Zelle, Apple Pay or Venmo. Clients are asked to give at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, and a late cancellation is charged half the service fee while a no-show is charged the full fee. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may get a shortened service at the full price.

The studio listens to each client's preferences and explains options before treatment, aiming for clients to feel confident and comfortable. Sugaring and waxing are both used for hair removal, with the studio favoring an all-natural sugar paste.
