Gel manicures are done with the Russian manicure technique, using hard gel, builder gel, or rubber base under gel polish, and include a hand scrub and massage. Gel manicure and gel with design sessions run about two hours. Acrylic or poly gel and gelly tips manicures are also offered. For a lighter option, the spa manicure without gel polish takes about 40 minutes.

Pedicures range from a short callus treatment and French pedi to the Pedicure Spa, which includes callus work, hot towels, massage and a foot mask. The Wellness Pedicure starts with a consultation, evaluation and custom treatment plan on the first visit, then uses soaking, hot towels, e-file detailing, callus reduction, exfoliation and massage. It is recommended for heavy calluses and cracked heels. Toe nail reconstruction uses NanoFlex or Barefoot gel and needs to be redone every three to four weeks.

Clients who prefer quiet can request a silent appointment, where background music, a podcast or a video can be chosen instead of conversation.

The salon also teaches. Options include a private one-on-one manicure class, an extended private manicure class of four to five hours with lunch, a certificate and a kit, a Spanish-language basic manicure course with a certificate of participation, a private pedicure spa class, and a nail technician license orientation that explains how to apply for a license. The orientation notes that the state, not the business, issues nail technician licenses.

Booking policies: cancellations made less than 48 hours ahead and no-shows are charged 100 percent and the deposit is forfeited. A deposit is required for the next appointment after a cancellation or no-show. Arriving 10 minutes late adds a $10 charge, 15 minutes late adds $15, and appointments more than 15 minutes late are canceled. Several services require a booking deposit between $5 and $320.
