The Gold package runs 60 minutes and includes a calming essential oil step, comb and head acupressure massage, facial cleansing and moisturizing, a shampoo and conditioning treatment, water circulation head therapy, a towel massage and a blow dry with a snack. The longer Diamond package runs 80 minutes and adds a neck and shoulder hot stone massage, a basic facial, an herbal tea scalp detox, ASMR therapy with a towel, water circulation head therapy and an herbal water rinse, followed by a blow dry with a snack.

Beyond the packages, a menu of add-ons lets guests target specific areas, including scalp exfoliation with hot stones, treatments for hair loss and oily hair, a lemon honey hair mask, a steam eye mask, gua sha facial enhancement, an Éminence facial, and foot, ear, arm and shoulder massage.
