Every visit starts with a consultation to talk through goals; it is free and takes about 15 minutes. Major changes, fantasy colors and color corrections get a longer, more detailed consultation first. Color plans are built around each client's goals, and final pricing reflects the time and products used. Services for extra density or length may add fees.

The menu covers highlights, balayage, foilayage, full and partial blondes, root touch-ups for gray coverage, haircuts, Goldwell and Kerasilk treatments, smoothing and blowouts. Many services combine color with a cut or blowout in one appointment, and the longest combined visits run about three and three-quarter hours. The portfolio shows balayage, highlights, foilayage, haircut and color work.

The studio is open Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 10 AM to 4 PM, and Wednesday from 10 AM to 6 PM. It is closed Monday, Saturday and Sunday. Clients who arrive while the door is closed wait in the front waiting area.

Hair health and precision of results come first, with each color plan shaped around the client's goals in a private suite.
