A visit begins with a free consultation before any service. Prices are given at the end of that consultation, and they can change with hair length and density. All services are offered a la carte, so clients can choose only what they need.

Blowout options include a natural blowout that temporarily straightens hair, a relaxer retouch, a silk press combined with partial highlights, and the Brazilian Blowout, which the salon offers as a certified provider. Extension options include tape-in, K-tip, I-tip, and microlink installs.

Color work is a major part of the salon. Stylists take ongoing education to keep up with cut and color trends, including vibrant color techniques, and the salon offers balayage, full foil highlights, and color correction, with correction priced at consultation and sometimes needing one to three visits.
