The service menu is organized into groups: shaping, shade, visual dimension, dressing of hair, specialty services, and texture, volume and waves. Within those groups are cuts with a wash and style, fringe trims, glazes and brow tinting, balayage and foil work, custom blowouts, extension installation and removal, and formal styling. Waxing covers the chin, lip and full face, and brow grooming and makeup application are also offered. The salon lists wedding packages and cosmetic makeovers among its services.

A first visit can start with a complimentary 15-minute consultation, which does not require an appointment. Prices may vary with hair texture and density. New clients are asked to book a new client consultation or call the salon before their first visit, or they may lose their deposit and reservation.

Booking requires a credit card number. Cancellations or changes need 48 hours' notice; a cancellation inside that window is charged the full service fee. The card on file is also charged for late cancellations, changes, late arrivals and no-shows. Arriving more than 15 minutes late counts as a no-show, and the appointment may be rescheduled. Tips can be given to a stylist in cash or by check made out to the stylist. The salon guarantees its work for seven days, and a client who is unhappy with the result can book a re-service within a week of the original visit at no added charge.
